El lanzamiento llega el 5 de septiembre en una caja de vinilo de 8 LPs que incluye notas con fotos inéditas y arte original de Mitchell. Con 61 temas, Joni’s Jazz incluye grabaciones de estudio, actuaciones en directo, tomas alternativas poco comunes y material de varias décadas y sellos discográficos. Entre ellos se encuentran dos demos inéditas de 1980, incluyendo uno de "Be Cool", que ya está disponible digitalmente.
